After extensive experimentation on cockroaches Ted was able to master the art of mind control on Argentinian children. Working in conjunction with a application on his phone Ted is able to remotely send commands to the wearer via bluetooth.Originally only able to process simple commands Ted has worked presistantly on the device. At the end of the second season it is believed that Ted had acquired enough devices and children to launch his coup against the Argentinian government. A testing version of the device is shown during an episode being used on cockroaches. Though the model pictured here is quite bulky it is believed that Ted has many smaller versions. Many assume that Ted was able to take control of several team members with the device.
