Pam from HR is the head of the CSI Cyber team. While she is an important character she takes a back seat to Ted. Pam is easily able to pick up clues from her use of psychology. Pam’s favorite thing to do is hire on new team members from heckthissite IRC. While most of her hires have been questionable at best she is responsible for bringing Ted onto the team. Pam was a victim of cyber crime herself when her patient files were leaked on to facebook after a failed backup attempt, on to her wall. This lead Pam to join the FBI’s cyber crime division. Being only one seat away from the director of the FBI it is theorised that Ted will use her to bring his plan to fruition.
